Originally from the Philippines, Liz studied journalism and advertising before realizing that she preferred writing fiction stories more than news and ad copy. She’s been writing since high school, and almost got suspended for writing a NSFW serial play that was distributed among her classmates in junior year. After negotiating with the principal that she channel her daydreams into the Poetry Club, Liz has been writing ever since.
Her leap into publishing came late, however, with her first novel, Finding Sam, published in 2014. She published two more novels in 2015: Loving Ashe and A Collateral Attraction.
When she’s not penning her books, blogging, or chasing after her six-year-old while stepping over Lego pieces, she maintains a private massage therapy practice in Manhattan Beach, California. She lives in a century-old (and really tiny) house with her family, a Chihuahua, and way too many books.
