I can’t believe it’s been a year since I last posted. It’s not that I’ve been MIA and not publishing. It’s that I’m on a different website entirely – https://lizdurano.com so if you’d like to follow me there, please do!
I also blog on that site more and the link to my blog is here.
But that doesn’t mean I won’t update you with what’s been going on with me…
In the year that’s just flown past, I’ve been pretty busy. I released Loving Riley in May after a year and a half of procrastinating. While most authors were rushing to publish, here I was too afraid to let Loving Riley go. Maybe it’s because their story is just too close to my heart. But I’m really happy their duet is finished although their story continues on with Gareth’s book.
I also released a Kindle Worlds novella called Need that is set in the world of NY Times bestselling author CD Reiss’ world. It was an interesting experience and I am quite proud of the novella I wrote. You can borrow it on Kindle Unlimited or buy it for $1.99 on Amazon US.
I also published the second book in the California Love series that begun with Finding Sam. In His Heart is the story of Josh and Olivia and it’s a novella, running just over 30K words after I trimmed it down from its original 55K word story for a boxed set that I ended up leaving. I’ll probably still expand it next year and return the 20K words from its original version but for now, the novella is what’s up.
My latest book came out in November and it’s part of A Different Kind of Love series that starts off with Dax and Harlow’s story in Everything She Ever Wanted. In Falling for Jordan, Harlow’s colleague, Dr. Addison Rowe, has a one-night stand with a gorgeous stranger thinking no one will ever know about it. But that’s all before her accidental pregnancy and the lie about being a single parent by choice via sperm donation.
Both books are free to read in Kindle Unlimited.
I also released two audiobooks! Yup! TWO! And within weeks of each other! Yup, guess 2017 hasn’t been such a quiet year after all.
Loving Ashe was the first to be released and it’s narrated by the wonderful Tracy Marks who does an amazing job narrating Riley’s story.
This was followed by Everything She Ever Wanted, narrated by the amazing team of Melissa Moran and Joe Hempel.
It’s been an interesting year so far, considering that I’d originally planned on publishing six books but ended up with three books and two audiobooks. So it’s not all bad LOL.
So that’s my brief rundown of what I’ve been up this year so far. Here’s hoping 2018 will be just as busy and definitely more creative! With all the marketing I’ve had to do this year, I really miss the days when all I did was write my heart out.
